What I did
We hired Andres to rescue a stalled platform rebuild. He shipped it on the date he promised, and our team still builds on the patterns he left behind.
Andres is the engineer I hand the problems nobody else can scope. He turns vague requirements into a plan the whole team can run with.
Andres is a superstar dev, plain and simple. Never have I worked with a more dedicated, hard-working, and skilled developer. He is truly a Senior level AAA player
Clear estimates, steady updates and no surprises. The first contractor we never had to chase.
We brought Andres into client work our own team could not cover. Clients asked for him by name on the next contract.

Andres is a superstar dev, plain and simple. Never have I worked with a more dedicated, hard-working, and skilled developer. He is truly a Senior level AAA player and was available day and night for nearly 11 months working on this project. An incredible asset to any team, and a really kind person to work with. Rarely do you encounter such a well-rounded and pleasant professional with top-notch skills. A diamond in the rough, Andres is quite frankly the best developer I've ever worked with in 5+ years of hiring

Andres is a friendly, experienced developer that provided excellent code quality while working with Torrch. We enjoyed working with him and appreciate the contributions made to our team!

Code reviews with Andres made me a better engineer. He explains the why, not just the fix, and he never makes it personal.
I joined as a junior developer who had never touched cloud infrastructure. His mentoring got me to leading my own releases.

Clear estimates, steady updates and no surprises. The first contractor we never had to chase. Andres asked about our users before he asked about the stack, and the release went out without a single rollback.
